We are proud to introduce a new immersive retreat in collaboration with facilitator, speaker, educator and Breathwork specialist Jamie Clements.

Set against the backdrop of the New Forest, guests are taken on a powerful journey of recalibration and connection through guided breathwork, nervous system regulation and restorative practices. The experience draws to a close with time to unwind in the Herb House spa, allowing space for rest, reflection and gentle restoration.

Exploring the duality of science and spirituality, this two-day retreat (30th June - 1st July) is designed to balance modern performance practices with deeper, intuitive restoration. Each day offers a distinct focus; Day One: Science and Day Two: Spirituality, guiding guests through both the physiological and emotional dimensions of wellbeing. Guests are welcome to join for a single day or experience the full two-day journey. The retreat will run from 10am-5:30pm, with time to unwind in the Herb House spa facilities afterwards, from 5:30pm-8pm.

Day One - 30th June - Science

The first day centres on the science of breath and nervous system regulation, exploring how breathing patterns can influence performance, resilience and overall wellbeing.

Led by Jamie Clements, the day begins with an introduction to breathwork, before moving into sessions focused on functional and performance-based techniques. Guests will discover how to refine their breathing to support energy, improve focus and aid recovery, alongside workshops designed to calm the nervous system and ease stress.

The day draws to a close with a restorative sound bowl experience led by Lime Wood practitioner Katie Hailey, followed by an extended conscious connected breathing session, offering time to deepen the practice and fully integrate the day’s learnings.

Day Two - 1st July - Spirituality

The second day moves into a more intuitive rhythm, focusing on spiritual connection, presence and inner awareness. After a gentle opening practice led by Jamie Clements, guests are guided through a deeper conscious connected breathing session designed to encourage release, reflection and emotional clarity.

In the afternoon, a foraging and nature immersion experience with resident forager Sammie Longhorn brings the retreat back into the landscape of the New Forest, inviting a deeper connection to the natural world and its seasonal rhythms.

The experience concludes with a meditative gong bath led by Lime Wood practitioner Rich Hale, providing a restorative, sensory finale and leaving guests with a renewed sense of balance, clarity and calm.
