• A 13.5% discretionary service charge will be added to your treatment, which will be shared amongst the entire team who worked to make your time with us special.
• Spa treatments are suitable for over 18's only.

• You can cancel or amend your booking up to 72 hours prior to your arrival. Within 72 hours the full balance would be non-refundable and non-transferable. Full pre-payment required at the time of booking.
