On arrival, start your day with a Raw & Cured Seeded Snap, an invigorating Juice or warming tea, then relax in our tranquil pool, detox in the forest sauna, or immerse yourself in our hydrotherapy pool with expansive views into the woodland. The choice of relaxation is yours!

Indulge in a 60-minute holistic treatment of your choice – we recommend the Grounding Restorative Ritual. This nurturing treatment helps restore balance, allowing your body to self-repair and re-align, leaving you feeling grounded and replenished.

Refuel with two grazing dishes of your choice at Raw & Cured, including our new warming nourishing bowls. Packed with wholesome ingredients and vibrant veggies, each bowl brings the perfect balance of warmth, comfort, and nutrition to rejuvenate your soul.

To complete your day of self-care, enjoy £10 to spend in our Herb House shop Curated on the day of your visit, plus a special goody bag to take home.

Spa day bookings can be made in groups of up to four guests to maintain the tranquillity of the spa. Kindly note that we may need to contact you to amend or cancel your booking for any groups larger than this.
Spa days are suitable for over 18's only.
Please contact us on 023 8028 7177 to discuss your spa day if you have any medical conditions including pregnancy so that we can ensure your spa day is suitable for your requirements.
You can cancel or amend your booking up to 72 hours prior to your booking. Within 72 hours the full balance would be non-refundable and non transferable. Full pre-payment required at the time of booking. Includes a 60-minute treatment per person, excluding Sarah Chapman.
