Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment involving the slow, continuous pouring of warm medicated oil onto the ‘third eye’ - the area at the centre of the forehead. 

Combined with a soothing body or head massage, this deeply calming treatment is designed to quiet the mind, ease stress and tension, improve sleep quality, and help reduce the frequency of headaches and migraines, leaving both body and mind feeling balanced and restored.

Terms of Booking

• A 13.5% discretionary service charge will be added to your treatment, which will be shared amongst the entire team who worked to make your time with us special.
• Spa treatments are suitable for over 18's only.
• Please contact us on 023 8028 7177 to discuss your booking if you have any medical conditions including pregnancy so that we can ensure your treatment is suitable for your requirements.
• You can cancel or amend your booking up to 72 hours prior to your arrival. Within 72 hours the full balance would be non-refundable and non-transferable. Full pre-payment required at the time of booking.
