Our Wind Down Spa Days are designed to help you round off your week, gradually drawing it to a close.
Our Wind Down Spa Day includes:
- A welcome glass of wine on arrival
- Use of Spa Facilities - Unwind in our pools, forest sauna, and steam room, or energise with a workout in the rooftop gym. Soak in the beauty of the New Forest from our roof garden, hydrotherapy pool, or with a peaceful woodland walk.
- Enjoy feel-good food from Raw & Cured with two grazing dishes and rustic home-made bread, plus your choice of three fresh juices or hot drinks to be enjoyed throughout the day

Terms of Booking:
By proceeding with a booking you agree to the following booking terms:
- Spa day bookings can be made in groups of up to four guests to maintain the tranquillity of the spa. Kindly note that we may need to contact you to amend or cancel your booking for any groups larger than this.
- Spa days are suitable for over 18's only.
- Please contact us on 023 8028 7177 to discuss your spa day if you have any medical conditions including pregnancy so that we can ensure your spa day is suitable for your requirements.
- You can cancel or amend your booking up to 72 hours prior to your booking. Within 72 hours the full balance would be non-refundable and and non transferable. Full pre-payment required at the time of booking.
- Fitness classes are subject to availability and are bookable on your arrival to Herb House with our Reception Team. Fitness classes will be charged at £20 per person, per class.
- Service Charge: A 13.5% discretionary service charge will be added to food, drink and treatments, which will be shared amongst the entire team who worked to make your time with us special. We put people at the heart of everything we do. Many of our team have been with us for over a decade which has been instrumental to making Lime Wood what it is today, with everyone playing a vital role in creating special experiences for you, our guest. If for any reason you feel the service wasn't up to scratch, then please don't pay for it; but do let us know what we could do better.
