This massage focuses on the back of the body, easing tense muscles and reducing stress levels, whilst restoring and realigning energy in the body. 

This treatment begins with an Epsom salt foot ritual, which helps to draw toxins from the body and allows for the absorbtion of magnesium to reduce inflammation. Next, Shiatsu pressure points are applied along the body to release tension and balance energy flow. The treatment continues with a Swedish back and leg massage, which improves circulation and relaxes the muscles. Finally, the session concludes with a reflex zone foot therapy to further enhance relaxation and balance.

• A 13.5% discretionary service charge will be added to your treatment, which will be shared amongst the entire team who worked to make your time with us special.
• Spa treatments are suitable for over 18's only.
• Please contact us on 023 8028 7177 to discuss your booking if you have any medical conditions including pregnancy so that we can ensure your treatment is suitable for your requirements.
• You can cancel or amend your booking up to 72 hours prior to your arrival. Within 72 hours the full balance would be non-refundable and non-transferable. Full pre-payment required at the time of booking.
